Hello, Brothers Griff… Gimme the High Sign!

I just spent a few minutes reviewing our previous editions, from end to end – not bad! It was quite a read – a bit rough, needs some editing – but I think I’ll let them stand as they are. We learned so much by discussion, writing, and debate. The Original Logs made us think and remember, and gave each of us a means to express our thoughts, our memories, and provided a place to think deeply, and to share.

I’ve been thinking that time may have arrived to continue the tradition. So here we go.

Of course, there is one thing we must do before we proceed. We must recognize the loss of our Brother, Kandi. She was beautiful, wonderful, intelligent, and super sassy. We all know these things. But she was also irrevocably intertwined with the Grail Logs and the Brotherhood. Her loss is felt throughout our Family, and we pause for a moment, and recognize also that the Quest is harmed by her absence. We love you, Kandi, and wish you were here. And we consider that she (and Autumn as well) are near TLS, the author of this Quest, and are more than likely cracking up at this moment.

Let us move forward while always remembering Kandi.

So! The Brotherhood begins its renewed activity with a formal request to a revered Brother – namely Greg – for a report on Grail search activities. We do not know if there has been any progress or thought given to the Grail, and we would appreciate some answers from he who is closest to the action. Brother Greg, the Chair eagerly awaits your forthcoming report!
